The pearls are strung with a substantial weight that feels luxurious on the wrist, finished with a chic, organic 14k Gold Plated Brass S-hook clasp that mirrors the fluid lines of the gems. Designed to fit wrists up to 16cm. We can fine-tune the fit slightly for you. If you prefer a slightly looser or tighter fit, please leave a note at checkout, and we will hand-select longer or shorter pearls to adjust the total length as best as possible to suit your preference. Pearls are organic and soft, so treat them gently. Keep them away from perfume, sunscreen, chlorine, and salt water, and put your jewellery on last, after skincare and fragrance. Avoid wearing it in the shower, pool, or ocean. After wear, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store flat, away from harder pieces.
The sterling silver clasp may slowly darken over time. That's natural oxidation, not a fault. A gentle rub with a soft silver polishing cloth brings the shine straight back. Chlorine and bleach speed up tarnishing, so keep them well away.
The gold plated finish keeps its colour longest when it stays dry and away from sweat and chemicals, so the pearl rules above protect the gold too.
The stainless steel hardware itself is waterproof and sweat proof, but the pearls are not, so please still keep the whole piece out of the shower, pool, and ocean.
