These are the kind of earrings you put on and forget about — until you catch sight of them in a mirror later and remember, oh right, those are gorgeous. A small heart sits flush against the lobe as the stud, and a second slightly larger heart dangles just below, both outlined in a fine twisted rope texture that gives them this lovely vintage-cord finish rather than the flat polished look you get on most heart studs. Up close, that twisted detail is what makes them feel hand-made rather than mass-produced. From a distance, they read as two clean little hearts linked together — soft, romantic, but never costumey.
