Description
A blue-violet iolite brings a quiet depth of colour to this handmade open ring. Its oval, faceted stone sits in a warm brass bezel above a flowing sterling silver band, with a polished silver bead at the opposite end. The open space between them keeps the shape airy and lets the gemstone take focus.
The design centres on a simple interplay of line, shape and colour. A curved silver sweep echoes the oval setting without forming a symmetrical frame, while the small ball gives the open end a soft finish. These details turn a familiar gemstone ring into a distinctive piece that feels sculptural on the hand.

2. Wrap it around the finger you’ll wear your ring on—if you’re creating a ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit—and mark the place where it joins.
3. Lay your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest ring size.

Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Using the polish cloth given gently rub the silver several times, rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and then carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. When you are not wearing your piece, you can store it in the pouch provided to help minimize tarnishing. Please note, chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
